Returns

You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Items that cannot be returned:

• Digital products
• Personalized or custom items
• Clearance items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
